Decent places, rooms are alright. Good location right by the fashion outlets. Met some decent people there. The price of the rooms aren't too bad, and they got cable tv. They also have Wifi. Some rooms have Roku TV's as well. Only downside for me personally is not many rooms have bathtubs you can relax in, they have standing showers. They also have decent A/C

I found most of the other reviews accurate: surprisingly clean and upscale for the low nightly rate, a couple of details that could be updated, an encounter with the corner of the bed's platform that left a terrific bruise. We stayed in a family room that had three beds which was very convenient. But where this hotel really shined was in hospitality--I received excellent customer service from the hotel's staff. We arrived many hours before check-in after taking a red-eye flight and they had us in our room immediately. Then the next day, when I was boarding my flight, I realized I had left my Kindle in the room. I couldn't call for several hours and assumed that there was no hope in seeing my Kindle again (a similar experience with a forgotten cell phone has made me cynical, but apparently hasn't taught me to check the room before I leave!) When I was able to call, they not only had my Kindle in hand, but they had been trying to contact me the whole afternoon. I emailed them a prepaid label and they carefully packaged my Kindle and had it in the mail to me the next day. I could not be more impressed with a small, non-chain hotel. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel to any budget-conscious friend.

I had a good experience at the motel. The check in was smooth and the rooms were nice and clean. There was a distinct smell of cleaner in the room but you get use to it in a couple of minutes. I liked the cleanliness of the motel and its location right next to Starbucks is a big thing for tourists for that early morning cup of coffee.

The room are stinky. The lock door sometimes won't open. No breakfast at all. The fridge won't cold too much. The shower curtain don't touch the floor and the water splash the bathroom floor until it leaves a pothole. The sink does not go down well and floods if used for a long time. The personal at lobby are friendly. We need to put an air freshener to control the stink. The room was always cold and the bathroom was freezing. The lousy wifi barely 2Mbps. The TV is the best, a lot of variety of channels and they look very good. Comfy beds.

More like a motel. Friendly, easy check in and check out. Mattresses comfortable. Room bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner. Light in front of Room 205 attracts mosquitos which goes inside as you open the door so beware. Room serviced past 2pm. other than that everything was great. People were friendly and polite.

Rooms were nice and clean and updated. Outside could use some cleanup. A few old ac units were in the parking area making it look a bit trashy on the outside.

Rooms are a bit small but really really nice, the beds are great, I like a lot of pillows and the bed had plenty. It's very close to a cute little.bar called wagon wheel. The owner is really nice, gave us tips on where to go to park for free and taxi options if we needed. The rooms have fridges and coffee and breakfast is adequate and quick to get you out the door. The parking lot is well lit and in a great location, about 10 min from Niagara falls state park. Near plenty of food places as well. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much! I would stay again if awarded the chance:)

I stayed here not knowing what to expect. After reading some of the reviews I was nervous about how good it would be. Check in was easy and the staff is very nice. My room looked almost brand new and was very clean. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, and the room was ice cold! They serve a small breakfast that was great for us and kids. Cereal, muffins, toast, coffee, fresh fruit, and juices were all on hand. The ice machine worked great and they also have vending machines. All stores and place to eat are just minutes away. Niagara Falls is 8 minutes away. For what I paid, this place was great! The owner was on site, nice, constantly asked if we needed anything to make our stay better. I would definitely recommend this place. Parking is easy and there is a pool too. No elevators, just stairs. If I come back, I would stay here again.
